The price of the combined trip INCLUDES:

In the case of additional expenses foreseen in the combined trip to be assumed by the User, and that are not paid to the Organizer, its existence will be informed if its amount is known.
The price of the combined trip DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Visas
• Entry and exit fees
• Certificates of vaccination

2- Review of prices

3- Forms of payment, registration and refunds

4- Modification or cancellation by the User
At any time, the User may terminate the services requested or contracted, being entitled to the refund of the amounts that he had paid, but shall indemnify the Organizer in the amounts indicated below, unless such resolution occurs because of overwhelming force:
• It will pay management expenses, cancellations, if any, and a penalty consisting of 5% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs more than ten and less than fifteen days before the date of the Beginning of the journey; 15 percent between days three and ten, and 25 percent within forty-eight hours prior to departure.

5- Assignment of the reservation
The User of the combined trip may assign his reservation to a third person, who meets all the conditions required for the same.
The assignment must be communicated in writing to ERehla at least 15 days before the date of commencement of the trip.
Both will be jointly and severally liable to ERehla for the payment of the trip price and the additional expenses incurred by the assignment.
The assignment will not be possible when there is sufficient cause, and / or the airline does not accept a change of name.
6- Modification or cancellation by the Organizer
ERehla undertakes to provide the User with all the services contracted contained in the program that has given rise to the combined travel contract, with the conditions and
characteristics stipulated, all according to the following:
• In the event that, prior to the departure of the trip, the Organizer is obliged to modify in a significant way some essential element of the contract must immediately inform the User.
In such case, and unless the parties agree otherwise, the User may choose to terminate the contract without penalty or accept a modification of the contract that specifies the variations introduced and their impact on the price.
The User must communicate the decision that he adopts to the Organizer within three days of being notified of the notification referred to in the previous section.

In any case, anything not included in the Combined Travel Agreement (such as transportation tickets from the place of origin of the passenger to the place of departure of the trip, or vice versa, hotel reservations in days before or after Travel, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Organizer, and there is no obligation to compensate for these possible expenses of independent services in case the trip is canceled for any of the causes provided.
The transfer service from the airport, port or station to the hotel or other place provided for the trip, is contracted as a general rule, until one hour after the expected time of arrival of the user to them.
Therefore, if the said arrival occurs after that period, even for reasons of force majeure, the transfer service may not be provided. 7- Obligations of the User

The Combined Travel Organizer will be responsible for damages suffered by the User as a result of the non-execution or poor performance of the contract. Such liability shall cease when any of the following circumstances exist:
1. That the defects observed in the execution of the contract are attributable to the User.
2. That such defects are attributable to a third party not related to the supply of the benefits provided for in the contract and are unpredictable or insurmountable.
3. That the defects referred to are due to reasons of force majeure, understood as such circumstances outside the invoking, abnormal and unforeseeable whose consequences could not have been avoided despite having acted with due diligence.
4. That the defects are due to an event that the Organizer, despite having put all necessary diligence, could not anticipate or overcome.
